  1. Yes, I always listen to my voice mail! That save time for both me and the caller. AND by knowing why the caller called I can either be prepared to reply to the caller or just delete the message.

  2. Hi Phil, I agree with you. I sell promotional advertising products, I’ve noticed that in spite of the information I’ve shared with them before the sale some of my customers don’t really know what to do with imprinted products after they get them. I’ve been in the business since 1988 so I removed ‘sales rep.’ from my new cards and put ‘Consultant’ on them. I am hoping that the new word will jog them into asking questions. I know that I will be more proactive finding out what results they want.
